Our team reviews submissions to determine whether we can assist. Requests are evaluated during regular business hours, Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM Central.
We cannot provide final pricing, confirm eligibility, or schedule appointments until the documents have been reviewed.
Submitting documents does not guarantee service or an appointment. Scheduling requires approval and payment.
