Cancellation Fee applied within 2-hours or less notice.
ID Requirement: All signers, including witnesses, must present current Driver’s License or US passport (Foreign passport may be used for real estate transactions only.) If you do not have those, you may use a state or federally issued ID that includes name, address, photo, and signature. All services are paid in advance. Cancellation fee of 100% will be charged up until 24 hours before the appointment. Fees are not refundable whether the service was provided or not on the scheduled day.
