You will then upload your ID and go through a series of 5 questions to confirm your identity.  After you pass the ID check we will meet you online. You will sign, we sign,  and then we put our digital certificate and notary seal to secure and make sure the document is tamper-evident. 

You will be able to download your online notarized documents immediately after we provide the service. You will be led to a page that says "download here" and that's where you retrieve the notarized documents. 

We suggest you ask the receiving party if they will accept an online notarization. Most courts in Texas accept online notarizations and it is recognized worldwide. However, always check with the receiving party if in doubt.
